Carol is a competent experienced agent who has worked full time in real estate since 1992 serving the Merrimack Valley region where she has consistently been a top producer receiving many awards from both her company and the local real estate board (NEAR). She has her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designations and is a member of the Historic Estate Program sponsored by NTHP.

Tim Slighter joined Carol in 2010 after a 35 year history in teaching, coaching, and directing a summer program, spawning a team approach to better serve their clients. 

In 2013 Dale Bengtson joined the team entering real estate from his most recent career of construction/home improvement projects.  His ability to view real estate from a construction point of view, plus his ability to relate well with people are a perfect blend to enhance the team’s skills.  Dale’s focus is on servicing buyers and he has the ABR designation, Accredited Buyer’s Representation.  

Esther Nyce, joined the team in 2018 with a background in marketing and has been assisting us in staging homes for the past year.  She is a committed,  capable, and deligent agent and is the perfect complement to the team.  Her goal is to help each client have the best possible experience and she will work tirelessly to make that happen.
